Howard County investigators allege that Fuller killed his sister-in-law, 39-year-old Stacey Fulller, in the 6600 block of Washington Boulevard in Elkridge on Saturday.

She was found dead with traumatic injuries when firefighters responded to a call that there was a blaze at the residence at 10:35 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, in the residence at Capitol Mobile Park where she and her husband lived with Timothy Fuller, police said.
