• Jury finds man guilty in Elkton kidnapping case (somdnews.com) — An Elkton man's kidnapping case has ended in a jury conviction, with the defendant facing up to 30 years in prison after posing as an investor and driving the victim from his Elkton home into Delaware. Phone records and family testimony helped trace the six-hour ordeal and the victim's eventual return to Elkton. Sentencing is scheduled in Cecil County Circuit Court next month.
