Family-Friendly Mojitos

The perfect drink for a summer afternoon!

Ingredients:

  • 4 limes, cut into wedges*
  • 10 large mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sugar*
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Instructions:

Squeeze the juice of the lime pieces into a small pitcher.  Add in the squeezed lime pieces, mint leaves, and the sugar.  Crush the ingredients with a wooden spoon.

Add ice to fill half the pitcher.  Add in club soda to fill the rest of the pitcher.  Mix all the ingredients together.

*Feel free to add more lime juice and sugar, to taste!
