John Bogle says stocks aren't cheap but buy them anyway?

This guy just doesn't get it. Some of the things he says I can't even
understand. Because someone is selling that means someone is buying so everyone
is a long term investor -- or something like that.

What is so hard to understand that there are trends -- trends up and trends
down. When the trend is down you stand aside when the trend is up you get back
in -- hardly rocket science.

He says stocks are not cheap,which I could care less about, but he says buy
them anyway. If he believes that why doesn't he wait until there cheap?
