The Deadline for Corporation Tax is Around the Corner!!!
The deadline for file a Corporation Tax is around the corner. Corporations sould either file their tax forms or extentions by March 15 to avoid non necessary penalties.
It is familiar to the people that own or operate a Corporation that the deadline for filing Corporations (S or C) imminent.
We have until March 15 to file the Corporation Tax. However, for anyone who
is not yet ready for some reasons, the same deadline is applied to file a six month
extension.
In this tough economic time, it is not easy to be ready with the deadlines. Some may have aquired a new corporation in 2011. The time to set and run the activities added, to the eventual activities related to the acquisition of the business, may not give enough time to the owner / operator to be ready with the deadline.
