Investigators said they found more than $200,000 worth of drugs in an Ellicott City man's apartment after a tip to the HCPD tip line.
ELLICOTT CITY, MD — An Ellicott City man is being held without bail on 32 drug-related charges after officers said they executed a search warrant at his home and found a large quantity of drugs, including 5.5 pounds of crystal methamphetamine. Also recovered were heroin, cocaine, LSD, "magic" mushrooms and other drugs.
The drug bust was the result of a four-month investigation that started with a tip left on the Howard County Police Department's anonymous tip line, police said.
Based on the tip that police received in January about suspected drug activity in the area of Autumn Branch, authorities said they conducted a four-month investigation that led them to believe a man was selling drugs out of his apartment.
