Resolution Be Damned
Don't fall into the trap of New Years Resolutions. Trying to make a change because you feel obligated to, never works.
As we approach the end of 2015 many of you are thinking about heading into the gym and trying to get yourself some fitness. Why? What is it about the beginning of a new year that makes us think we can all of the sudden accomplish something we have been unable to in the 12 months prior?
Don’t get me wrong, we all need more fitness. Get yourself into healthy habits. Workout, Be Active, Do More.
Do it because you want to, because you need to make a change, because you have to accomplish something positive for your health. A change in the calendar does not mean a change in your mind. If you truly want to make a change, then don’t wait until Jan 1st. Call a gym or a trainer today. There are plenty of people that can help you meet whatever goal you set for yourself.
