• 'Tristan Strong': Community raises $15,000 for 21-year-old injured in motorcycle crash in Fallston (wmar2news.com) — A 21-year-old man was critically injured in a Sept. 14 motorcycle crash on Bel Air Road in Fallston, and neighbors have already raised more than $15,000 to support his recovery. His family credits bystanders, first responders, and doctors with saving his life, and they're now hoping to find the Good Samaritans who performed CPR at the scene.
   

• Shawn Kros (thedailyrecord.com) — A longtime nonprofit leader who heads The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region also calls Fallston home, where she lives with her husband and family. Her work focuses on expanding inclusive services and mental health support for people with disabilities, helping shape programs and advocacy that affect Harford County and surrounding communities.
