"The fifteen week training session hosted by the Montgomery County Police Department, consisted of classroom and practical instruction which was led by K-9 Officers Mary Davis and James Cibula. The program focused on police canine laws and procedures, tracking, obedience, agility, criminal apprehension, and article and suspect searches. In addition, canine teams were also trained in searching buildings for suspects, searching for articles or evidence from crime scenes, and fleeing suspects." from City Press Release.
