MINDY SAFFER CO-NEGOTIATES LEASE EXTENSION FOR LAW FIRM RUBENSTEIN & COGAN IN GAITHERSBURG

April 22, 2013 (Gaithersburg, MD) – Cresa Washington DC Managing Principal Mindy Saffer, LEED AP, in conjunction with Andrew Genova, an associate with Washington, D.C.-based West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, have represented Rubenstein & Cogan in a 7,132-square-foot lease extension at 12 S. Summit Ave. in Gaithersburg.
The commercial real estate brokerage firm of record for this five-year deal is West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors, where Saffer previously served as a principal.
