County Public Hearing for School Bus Cameras: Bill 37-11. The bill is cosponsored by Former Council President Roger Berliner, Council President Valerie Ervin and Council members Phil Andrews and Craig Rice. The proposed bill will authorize the use of cameras on Montgomery County Public Schools’ buses and establishes penalties for drivers in violation of illegally overtaking a stopped school bus.
