Free concerts begin at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Concert Pavilion. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic. A parking garage is located across the street from pavilion. Concerts may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances.
