ArtStream OnStage presents the Gaithersburg Inclusive Theatre Companies two original musicals from days gone by!
ArtStream’s Inclusive Theatre Companies feature adult actors with intellectual disabilities and are directed by theatre professionals. The companies develop and produce original musicals based on their own ideas, characters and improvisations. A script is written and memorized by the actors and at the end of a six-month process, the production is fully staged with lights, costumes, set and sound and is presented to the public. This final production is designed to showcase each actor’s unique talents.
The production opens with That 60's Play. Inspired by the free-spirit of the 1960's hippie movement, ArtStream’s Gaithersburg Inclusive Company A presents a tie-dyed tale about fighting for what you believe. A group of family-friendly 60’s-era performers have to fight for their rights to free-expression against the town government in this flower-power family musical.

The Good, The Bad and The Money begins with a band of outlaws coming into the town of West, USA to stir up trouble. There are lives on the line. The Sheriff has his head in the sand. Will the town’s young Deputy find the courage take charge?
