The public is invited to a ribbon cutting event for the extension of Watkins Mill Road on Thursday, October 20 at 11 a.m. with County Executive Leggett, other officials and representatives from the Department of Transportation. The ceremony will be held at the intersection of MD Route 355 and Watkins Mill Road.
