Gaithersburg Dad Wins $100K In Lottery
A Gaithersburg man wins $100,000 playing the Winter Cash Tripler scratch-off game from the Maryland Lottery.

GAITHERSBURG, MD — A father of four from Gaithersburg is now $100,000 richer thanks to a recent lottery ticket win.
The lucky player, who calls himself the "Winning Carpenter," snagged one of Winter Cash Tripler's top prizes at a Germantown beer and wine store.
The 43-year-old man told Maryland lottery officials that he doesn't follow a specific routine when buying scratch-offs, so he had no reason for selecting the $10 game.
