Police Say Missing Gaithersburg Boy Found Safe: UPDATE
Cesar Segovia, 13, of Gaithersburg, was found safe and unharmed.

GAITHERSBURG, MD — In a Sunday afternoon update, Montgomery County officials say Cesar Segovia has been located and is safe.
(Original post) GAITHERSBURG, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Gaithersburg teen.
Cesar Segovia, 13, of Driftwood Court, was last seen leaving his home on foot around 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 13, according to police.

Investigators describe Segovia as a 5-foot-6, 130-pound Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. They add that Segovia frequently hangs out around Route 355 and Middlebrook Road in the Germantown area.
