On The Agenda: Private Residence Expansion, New Office Building

• McDermott Great Room—Amendment to Final Plan Review
  • 357 square-foot rear addition to the private residence located at 7 Acline Court in Gaithersburg.
• Camson Property—Reapproval of Final Plan Review
  
  • 9,000 square-foot, 3 story office building
  • Located at 13 Park Avenue in Gaithersburg's Central Business District
  • Original site plan was approved by planning commission in April 2007, with four conditions. The project has been extended multiple times.
