Police say no students were on board, the death is being treated as a medical emergency, and Central Avenue remains closed between Poplarwood Place and Paradise Court during the ongoing investigation. 
• Car Catches Fire While Underneath Gaithersburg Carport: MCFRS (patch.com) — A Jeep caught fire under a carport at a Gaithersburg home on Rambling Road Sunday evening, but no one was hurt and damage to the house was minimal, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue. Officials haven't identified a cause, though they note a recent national recall affecting some Jeep models for fire risk. Residents may want to double-check any recall notices for their own vehicles.
• Auto Thefts, Burglaries and Assaults Among Incidents Included in Weekend Crime Report (mocoshow.com) — Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village saw several serious weekend crimes, including multiple stolen vehicles, a handgun found during a traffic stop near Clopper and Quince Orchard, and an aggravated assault on Nathans Place that sent a victim to the hospital. The countywide report also details auto thefts, burglaries, assaults, and a hate/bias incident in other Montgomery County police districts.
