Upskirt Photographer at T.J. Maxx Store Sought
A $10K reward is offered for tips leading to the arrest of a man who took photos underneath a woman's dress in Germantown.

GERMANTOWN, MD — A man accused of taking upskirt photos of a woman in a Germantown clothing store is being sought by police, who have released surveillance camera images of him.
Montgomery County Police say the peeping tom suspect taking photographs underneath a woman’s dress while she shoppeda t the T.J. Maxx store at 20906 Frederick Road in Germantown.
The incident was reported June 15 about 1:15 p.m., when the shopper noticed the suspect using a cell phone to take pictures underneath her dress. Once the woman confronted the suspect, he fled from the store, police say.

Officers obtained surveillance photographs of the suspect in the store and are asking for the public’s help to identify him.
