Glen Burnie Man Killed While Crossing Crain Highway
A 47-year-old Glen Burnie man was hit and killed Sept. 21 by a motorist driving along Crain Highway.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — A 47-year-old man was hit and killed Sept. 21 at approximately 5:15 p.m. in Glen Burnie. A 2013 Honda Civic driven by 25-year-old Demarcus Terell Roberts of Baltimore and owned by Jacob Russel Nunes of Baltimore was northbound on Crain Highway and Crainmont Drive when James Edward Parsons III of Glen Burnie crossed Crain Highway moving east from a shopping center.
Parsons was transported by ambulance to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department. The Traffic Safety Section is handing the crash investigation. Anyone who witnessed this crash or has further information is asked to contact the Traffic Safety Unit at 410-222-8573.
