Heroin, LSD Seized In Glen Burnie Drug Raid
Two Glen Burnie residents were arrested after police reportedly found heroin, marijuana and Ecstasy at their house.
GLEN BURNIE, MD — Two Glen Burnie residents were arrested after police reportedly found heroin, marijuana and Ecstasy at their house. In all, Anne Arundel County Police estimate that roughly $1,600 in drugs were seized during a raid Tuesday morning at 117 Crest Avenue in Glen Burnie.

- 8.24 grams of marijuana valued at $164
- 96 blotters of LSD valued at $1,632
- 2.64 grams of 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine also known as Ecstasy or Molly valuted at $140
- 158.09 grams of Kratom
Kratom is an herb that the Drug Enforcement Administration moved to ban last year, but delayed after a public outcry. Some supporters say the herb helps with anxiety, depression and may be useful to combat opioid addictions, according to WebMD. Police say the suspects were not charged with being in possession of the substance.
Two residents were arrested for possession of the controlled substances. They are Michaela Elizabeth Gran, 21, of the 100 block of Crest Avenue and Chase Seven Gran, 23, also of the 100 block of Crest Avenue in Glen Burnie.
