Children were all over Marley Station mall last weekend all in the hopes of being named Baltimore's Most Photogenic Baby. Avry Bowling, 5, was named Baltimore's Most Photogenic child. The contest, sponsored by <a href="http://www.photogenicbaby.com/home.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">American's Most Photogenic Babies</a>, raises money for the <a href="http://www.hopkinschildrens.org/support-us/contact-us.aspx" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Johns Hopkins Children's Center</a>. Children from infancy to age 5 visited the mall July 16 to 19 to have pictures taken, which were displayed Friday and Saturday for judges and viewers to vote. The results were revealed Sunday at the mall.

Proposals are requested for project monitoring of rehabilitation and conservation efforts at Brewer Hill Cemetery, located at 802 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. Spanning over 231 years, Brewer Hill Cemetery is one of Annapolis' oldest Black burial sites, serving as the final resting place for generations of African Americans, including enslaved people, free people of color, veterans, notable historical figures, and civil rights leaders. Project monitoring will ensure that all grant-funded work is implemented in accordance&nbsp;with the approved scope, budget, schedule, and applicable state and programmatic&nbsp;requirements for various repairs to Brewer Hill Cemetery. On-site visits would be required. The project is partly funded by the Maryland Historical Trust and the Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture.
