Take Pride: Josh Roberts of McDonald's
If your work ethic were to be graded, would you score an A, E or somewhere in between?
Have you ever went through a drive-through line and hoped that a certain person would be working to take your order? I do … and it is Josh Roberts.
Josh has been working at the Brooklyn Park McDonald’s on Ritchie Highway for eight years. He is always pleasant and gets my order right every single time.
I know what you might be thinking—how can they get it wrong now that they have the digital screens that come up to recap your order. This was before they installed them, but even now Josh has a great speaking voice that is clear and easy to understand and makes for a pleasant experience.

Some people are very hard to understand or do not take the time to ask additional questions to complete your order. You do not feel rushed and I also have noticed that when Josh is manning the drive-through booth, the line seems to go very quick and smooth.
“No matter what kind of day it is Josh always greets you with respect, sincerity and friendliness. He is by far the best drive-thru employee at any fast food restaurant hands down,” customer Kate Bradley said.

It is nice to know that someone working that long still goes the extra mile to continue doing a great job and does it well enough to make other people notice. It’s the little things that go a long way.
I hope Josh takes your next order.
