Tin Can Music Fest Benefits Families in Need

Bring a canned food donation to the event on Aug. 25 in Linthicum to support the North County Emergency Outreach Network.

If live music, food and activities for the kids sounds appealing, mark your calendar for noon at Aug. 25 to attend the Tin Can Music Fest.

The free event will be held at 306 Benton Ave. in Linthicum to benefit the North County Emergency Outreach Network, a nonprofit organization that helps needy families in northern Anne Arundel County.

Some of the bands that will perform include Pasadena, Sweet Leda, Bond and Bentley, and School of Rock.

There is no admission fee but attendees are encouraged to bring a canned food donation to the event, which is hosted by Dayspring Presbyterian Church.
