Crash Clears on I-95 North of Havre de Grace: MDTA

Traffic was backed up for 1 mile Tuesday morning due to crash in Harford County, the Maryland Transportation Authority said.

A crash that jammed traffic on Interstate 95 north of Havre de Grace Tuesday morning has cleared, the Maryland Transportation Authority reported at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Traffic was flowing normally in the area.

Previously, a 1-mile backup had built on I-95 north from Harford into Cecil counties because two right lanes had been blocked past the exit for MD 155, the Maryland Transportation Authority said.
