HdG Police Need Help Identifying Person In Open Case

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department asked for information Wednesday related to an open investigation. Officials posted the photo above on the department's Facebook page with a question and a request.

"Do you know who this is?" police asked.

The inquiry was related to an investigation in the 500 block of North Union Avenue, officials said.
