Heroin Found After Parking Lot Dispute: HdG Crime
Burglar took nearly $2,000 in electronics from Havre de Grace apartment, police said. Also, fight outside McDonald's yielded drug charges.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents. Arrests do not indicate convictions.
Two women arrested for disorderly conduct in the McDonald's parking lot also face drug charges after police said paraphernalia and suspected heroin were allegedly found on them after they were taken into custody.
After 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 16, officers were called to the fast food restaurant parking lot in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway for a report of two people arguing.

Two women were causing a disturbance and refused to calm down when officers ordered them to do so. As a result, the women were arrested.
A 38-year-old woman from the 300 block of Robinhood Road in Havre de Grace was charged with possession of paraphernalia, possessing drugs other than marijuana and disorderly conduct.

A 22-year-old woman from the 200 block of Craigtown Road in Port Deposit was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of paraphernalia.
Apartment Burglarized
Nearly $2,000 worth of electronics were taken from an apartment in the 500 block of Warren Street.
The residence was burglarized in the past two days, according to a report filed on Nov. 16.
An Apple computer, iPad Pro and Vizio were taken.
The estimated loss was $1,900.
Police said the apartment had been left unlocked.
