Caroll H. Spriggs II, raised in nearby Sunderland, took his oath in Prince Frederick and outlined plans to strengthen investigations, code enforcement, and public education across the state.

La Plata is trying to rebound from back-to-back heavy losses while navigating a very young roster and recent goalie injuries.
