At Least 1,500 Gallons of Diesel Stolen from Cinder & Concrete Block

The diesel is valued at $4 per gallon.

At least 1,500 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from Cinder & Concrete Block Corporation in Cockeysville, according to Baltimore County police.

On June 16, between midnight and 1 a.m., burglars broke through a fence at the company's  yard, disabled a newly installed camera and stole about 1,500 gallons of diesel fuel from a holding tank on site, according to police reports. 

Police spokeswoman Cathy Batton said the fuel is valued at $4 per gallon, making the monetary loss approximately $6,000.

In early May, from a tank at the same business, located in the 10100 block of Beaver Dam Road. 

Batton said there are no suspects at this time.
