CRIME REPORT: Copper Burglar Hits BGE

Cockeysville

York Road, 10500 block, between 3:00 p.m. April 18 and 7:00 p.m. April 19. A burglar broke into a Baltimore Gas and Electricity storage yard and stole 650 feet of copper wire.

Parkton

York Road, 18800 block, between noon April 21 and 9:17 p.m. April 24. A burglar entered an unattached shed at a residence and stole an air compressor.

Phoenix

Blenheim Road, 3800 block, 2:35 a.m. April 18. Someone rang the doorbell and, a few minutes later, broke a window above the doorknob at a residence. After an occupant inside the house screamed, the suspect fled on foot.

Sparks

Roberts Path, unit-block, between 9 a.m. April 18 and 7:30 a.m. April 21. A burglar pried open sliding doors at a residence and stole two television sets.

A police report filed on April 18 states that a burglar stole a 46-inch flat screen television, a 32-inch flat screen television, a car vacuum and binoculars from a residence on April 15. The suspect entered the home by removing an air conditioning unit from a rear window.
