Cuba Road Bridge to Close June 27
The bridge is expected to be closed for two months.

Cuba Road Bridge, which spans Western Run Road southeast of Butler, will be closed on June 27 to refurbish and repaint the 112-foot long structure. The work is expected to take about two months, and the bridge should be reopened by Sept. 4, according to the Baltimore County Department of Public Works.
While the bridge is closed, traffic will be redirected to Miller Road, Falls Road and Western Run Road.
Built in 1893, the bridge has shown signs of severe corrosion and inspections indicated that the guardrail was in poor condition, according to the public works department.
