Developer Proposes 262-Unit Apartment Complex in Hunt Valley
Consolidated Equities Corporation representatives met with Baltimore County officials for a development plan conference on Wednesday.

Consolidated Equities Corporation, a Lutherville-based real estate developer, met with county officials on Wednesday to discuss a proposal for a 262-unit luxury apartment complex in Hunt Valley.
The complex, Hunt Valley Crossing, would be located on the east side of McCormick Road and south of Schilling Circle, which is near the Hunt Valley Towne Centre, according to the Baltimore County website.
Robert Becker, a representative of Consolidated Equities Corporation, said Hunt Valley Crossing would be a "transit-oriented development" due to its close proximity to the light rail station. Becker added that plans for the complex, which include a courtyard, green roof with a pool and a fitness center, would be similar in design and structure to apartments in Towson.

Preliminary designs show that the complex is expected to have two buildings, which will both have a two-level garage underneath four residential floors.
