Elderly Man Attacked by Dogs at Oregon Ridge
His daughter's dog was killed in the encounter.

An 84-year-old man and his daughter's dog, Roscoe, were attacked by three dogs at according to Baltimore County Police.
The man was exiting his vehicle when the incident occurred on Aug. 31 at around 3:30 p.m. He told police that he took Roscoe, a miniature Schnauzer, to the where the dog later died of injuries. Police said the man reported that the dogs also bit him.
The elderly man also told police that he told the owner of the three attacking dogs where he was taking Roscoe, and expected the woman to follow. She is described as a female with short, light-colored hair who was driving an older model foreign vehicle. The dogs were identified as medium-sized, but a specific breed wasn't determined.

In an email to Patch, Marsha Thompson, one of the man's daughters, asked anyone with information to call the police at 410-887-1820. The police are also asking for the public's help in identifying the owner of the attacking dogs.
Roscoe belonged to Thompson's sister.

"I am asking anyone who can to send this message out through their social network to help find me this woman," Thompson wrote. "I do not want anyone else to experience the deep loss my sister and father are feeling. This could happen again to another person's loyal companion, child, family member or friend."
