Estate Planning Seminar To Discuss Wills, Trusts & Other Estate Issues With Helen M. Smith, Esq.

PK Law attorney Helen M. Smith will host an estate planning and long term care seminar at our Towson offices located at 901 Dulaney Valley Road, Suite 400, Towson, MD 21204, on Tuesady, June 25th at 10:00am.

Ms. Smith will discuss Trusts vs. Wills, “Who Needs a Will”, Estate Tax Issues and Other Estate Planning Questions.

Joining Helen Smith is David Prensky. Mr. Presnky will discuss what long term care is, review the risk and the importance of planning and briefly discuss the history of long term care insurance and the changes and improvements since its inception. He will also review options for solving the financial risk of long term care and briefly discuss the pros and cons of each option.
