Ganz, a laureate of the Queen Elisabeth of Belgium and the Marguerite Long–Jacques Thibaud International Piano Competitions, has performed as soloist with the St. Petersburg Philharmonic and L Orchestre Lamoureux (Paris). In 2011, Ganz began a multi-year project with the National Philharmonic to perform the complete works of Frederic Chopin at the Music Center at Strathmore. Brian Ganz is a native of Columbia, Maryland.


Ganz will play an all-Chopin recital on First & Franklin's world-class 1910 Steinway B piano, including Trois Ecossaises, Op. 72, No 3; Fantaisie, Op. 49; Excerpts from Preludes, Op. 28; and Andante Spianato et Grande Polonaise Brillante, Op. 22.
