Cockpit Kids

The Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum's new early childhood education program, Cockpit Kids,  takes the imaginations of the Museum's youngest visitors high into the skies beginning Friday, May 3 from 10:30am - 11:30am.  This six week interactive series introducing 3-5 year olds to the exciting history of flight, features one hour programs that explore man‘s  attempts to satisfy his desire to soar like a bird by building  flying machines from balloons to rockets.  Each Friday session held at the Museum located at Martin State Airport will include demonstrations, crafts  and activities related to the day’s theme. The Program Fee for the six week series, offering a new Mommy and Me/ Daddy and Me experience for parents and their young children in the Baltimore area is $36 per child. As seating is limited, advance registration with payment is required. To register, call 410-682-6122 or visit the Museum's website.
