
The 7th Annual Come Home to Howard housing fair, the only event where visitors can learn everything about living in Howard County, returns April 13, 2013 to Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland.
Hosted by the Howard County Housing Department, the fair will feature over 55 mortgage lenders, home builders & remodelers, housing specialists, real estate experts and county agencies, available for one-on-one or classroom sessions covering everything about purchasing or renting a home.
Kids activities and prizes make this fair fun for the whole family. Guided bus tours will lead attendees through the highlights of Howard County including charming communities, recreational areas, and a range of affordable homes for all income levels.

The fair will also be home to the Moderate Income Housing Unit (MIHU) housing lottery, allowing two lucky members the opportunity to purchase a home in Howard County at a substantial discount. The newly constructed houses include a single family home in Elkridge and a town home in Ellicott City. To qualify for this lottery, participants must register to qualify for this drawing by 5:00pm April 10.
