Kids' Chance Maryland Workers' Memorial Run/Walk

McCormick & Company will host the third annual
Maryland Workers’ Memorial 5k Run/1m Walk on Saturday, April 27 in Hunt Valley, Md. The event will benefit Kids’ Chance of Maryland, Inc., (www.kidschance-md.org), a nonprofit, educational scholarship fund.

In addition, the event will honor Maryland workers who
were fatally injured in workplace accidents in 2012. At the conclusion of the event, the names of each Maryland worker, police officer and firefighter who died in the line of duty in 2012 will be read aloud. The tribute will honor the families, especially the children, of the fallen workers and recognize the challenges they face. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Kids’ Chance of Maryland scholarship fund. The registration fee is $35. All paid registrants will receive an event T-shirt.
