Parkton resident Renee Wilson was crowned Maryland Dairy Princess at a July 17 pageant in Frederick, according to Explore Baltimore County.
Wilson, a 17-year-old Hereford High School senior, lives and works at a 350-acre dairy farm, and owns 50 cows, which she has showcased at the Hereford Junior Farm Fair, Baltimore County Fair and the Maryland State Fair, the news site reports.
Wilson told Explore Baltimore County that the duties of Dairy Princess include attending special community events and promoting Maryland's dairy farms.
