Former C-Mart Headed for Cockeysville

The Forest Hill store is now known as Isennocks Big TARP Auction Center and Company Store.

Forest Hill is losing a staple of its shopping as the business formerly known as C-Mart will relocate to York Road in Cockeysvilleaccording to the Baltimore Sun.

In the Sun story, owner Keith Silberg says he was looking for a more modern location closer to the core of its customer base.

The store was in Forest Hill for 35 years. The new location will open with a charitable cause, according to the Sun:

"For those looking for a taste of the old C-Mart, the store will open with an auction of designer vintage handbagsfrom names such as Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, DKNY, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors and others. Proceeds will benefit Komen Maryland."
