Tradewind Circle was the site of games, raffles, fire engine exploration and police lights as National Night Out got underway Tuesday evening in Cockeysville.

Springlake Swim Club of Timonium hosted its National Night Out with prizes, food, music and dripping swimsuit-clad youngsters.
