A kitten at the Baltimore County Animal Shelter appears to have a marking similar to Hitler's mustache.

Bella Swan, a kitten housed at Baltimore County Animal Control in Baldwin, has had some difficulty getting adopted, and a distinctive upper lip marking could be the reason why.

In a recent Huffington Post article, the author writes about a 6-week-old British kitten named Kitler that animal shelter officials believed was not getting adopted because of a similar marking, which resembles the toothbrush mustache of German dictator Adolf Hitler.

Bella Swan, named after the 'Twilight' heroine, has been passed over at the animal shelter for several weeks, said kennel assistant Amy Clark. She added that a rescue wouldn't take the kitten because it has too many black and white cats.
