Trap and skeet shooters raise money for breast cancer cure and awareness.

Seasoned shooters and first-timers of all ages and walks of life showed up at the Loch Raven Skeet & Trap Center (LRSTC) in Phoenix to participate in Clays Against Cancer, the center’s second annual event organized to raise money in support of breast cancer cure and awareness.

"It was crazy, but good … crazy good," said Jason Wennet, event organizer and member of the LRSTC board, of the turnout for the fundraiser.

Last year's event, named Shoot for a Cure, made almost $10,000. At mid-day on Saturday they looked to be on target to have just as much participation in the event this year.
