PHOTOS: Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company Hosts Car Wash

Volunteers washed cars and cooked pit beef to benefit the Fire Department.

The Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company hosted a car wash and pit beef cook-out on Saturday.

The car wash was free, but donations were accepted. In addition, the volunteers sold pit beef and drinks. All proceeds benefited the Cockeysville Volunteer Fire Company and the department's Ladies' Auxiliary. 

The department also hosted an informational session for kids, ages 11 to 13, interested in becoming junior volunteers.
