Section of Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail to Close for Repairs

A portion of the Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail will close for repairs beginning Aug. 15, according to a press release sent out by the Department of Natural Resources. 

The trail, also referred to as the Northern Central Railroad Trail, will be closed between Greystone Road in White Hall and York Road in Parkton for about two weeks. During this time, the Department of Natural Resources will have a contractor replace a culvert and renovate a part of the trail that has been damaged by heavy rain. 

The release stated that the trail will only be closed on weekdays. The entire trail is scheduled to be open on Saturdays and Sundays during renovations.
