WBFF: Missing Cockeysville Man's Body Found in Delaware River

A body found Monday morning in the Delaware River is that of a Cockeysville man who went missing in Philadelphia last week, according to WBFF. 

Roswell Friend, 23, was last seen jogging at around 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of Wilmington Street, Philadelphia police said. 

WBFF said that New Jersey State Police have not released any information about his death. 

The Baltimore Sun  had reported that Friend, a recent Temple University graduate and a former Dulaney High School student, may have been distressed about rent owed on a row home shared with others.
