WJZ-TV: Former Padonia Park Owner Could Plead Guilty to Child Porn Charges
Ira Charles F. Rigger was arrested on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.

The former owner of Padonia Park Club in Cockeysville could plead guilty to multiple counts of child pornography, WJZ reports.
Ira Charles F. Rigger, 52,was arrested after a Baltimore County police and FBI investigation found files associated with child pornography belonging to IP addresses on Rigger's personal computer and a computer at the Padonia Park Club,
After initially denying that he had viewed or downloaded child pornography, police said Rigger later admitted he had been doing so for five years.

Rigger, of the unit block of Thurkhill Court in Cockeysville, was released on a $250,000 bail June 16.
He was also the president and CEO of the club.
