Child Transported to Hospital after Being Struck by Bicycle

A 5-year-old was struck by a bicycle this morning near Saul Road and E. Bexhill Drive in South Kensington.

Second District Police and a fire and rescue team reported to the scene around 8:40 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, according to Montgomery County Police Officer Howard Hersh. The child was transported to a local hospital for injuries.

The accident is currently under investigation, Hersh said.
