Bill Frick, Member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 16, will discuss the successes, lost opportunities, and the path forward from the current legislative session ending next month. Delegate Frick is in his second term in the Legislature and has been named Chair of the Influential Revenues Subcommittee of the Ways and Means Committee, which has jurisdiction over state tax policy.
