Getting ready for the September 22nd 8k in Kensington? Are you interested in a holistic approach? You've come to the right place! Join Suzanne Muro, yoga instructor, mom and runner, and Leslie Edsall, Nutrition & Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, for a four-week series that will help you integrate the time-honored discipline of yoga into your running routine. The class is geared towards beginner and intermediate yogis and runners who desire improved flexibility, balance and whole body strength. The class will increase your running efficiency, prevent injury, and cultivate greater focus and endurance -- both on the mat and on the road. Attendees will also receive a weekly newsletter of nutrition tips geared towards athletic performance, seasonal eating, lean protein sources and much more.
